General Terms and Conditions for the S/PLUS Loyalty Program ("General Terms") – Version 2022 – Published and effective as of February 1, 2022.
INTRODUCTION
The S/PLUS Loyalty Program is offered by SALOMON SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €23,509,981.50. The company is headquartered at 14 Chemin des Croiselets, 74370 Epagny Metz-Tessy, France, and is registered in the Annecy Trade and Companies Register under number 325 820 751 (hereinafter referred to, depending on the context, as "SALOMON" or "we").
Please read these General Terms carefully before registering. A detailed overview of the benefits you can enjoy by participating in the Program can be found at https://www.salomon.com/de-de/splus. For further information, please read the terms and conditions set out below.
CLAUSE 1 – ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Program, you must be at least 16 years of age and be a legal resident of Germany. If you have reached the age of 16 but have not yet reached the age of 18 (or the minimum age applicable in your country of legal residence), you must also obtain permission from one of your parents or legal guardians before you can participate in the Program. Furthermore, your parent or legal guardian must have read and agreed to these General Terms.
The S/PLUS Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is offered to all individual customers—adult natural persons who hold an email address—hereinafter referred to as "Account Holder," "Customer," or "You."
The Program is not accessible to legal entities (companies, associations, etc.). By participating in the Program, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
CLAUSE 2 – PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
If you meet the conditions for participation, you may join the Program by completing a registration form at www.salomon.com/de-de. Membership in the Program does not entail any obligation to purchase a product. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one account. By participating in the Program, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete personal information and to keep such information up to date. Incomplete registrations will not be considered by SALOMON.
SALOMON reserves the right to request documentation at any time in order to verify the identity of any individual wishing to register for—or who has already registered for—the loyalty program.
CLAUSE 3 – COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS
By participating in the Program, you may receive electronic communications from SALOMON that are necessary for the administration of the loyalty program and that inform you of your membership benefits (even if you have not subscribed to the newsletter).
CLAUSE 4 – MEMBER BENEFITS
Registration for the Program—along with your overall experience with the SALOMON brand (specifically including your purchases, your participation in events, and your subscription to the newsletter)—unlocks new benefits for members.
As a member of the Program, you may enjoy the following benefits, among others: - Free standard shipping on e-commerce orders. - Early access to sales: You receive priority access to specific promotional sales offered by us. The duration of this early access period may vary depending on the specific sale event. Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply. – Access to free events organized by SALOMON, subject to registration and availability of places. – Access to exclusive and personalized offers based on your experiences with the SALOMON brand, specifically through your purchases, your participation in events, and your subscription to the newsletter.
CLAUSE 5 – USE OF THE ACCOUNT
Use of your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You bear sole responsibility for the use of your login credentials and undertake not to disclose them to third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and bear full responsibility for all activities conducted using your password or account. You are required to notify SALOMON Customer Service immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or of any other security breach.
CLAUSE 6 – SALOMON’S COMMITMENT
SALOMON undertakes to make every effort to ensure that you enjoy optimal use of the services provided by this program. However, SALOMON cannot be held liable for damages of any kind in connection with the program, including delays, delivery errors, connectivity issues, data loss, or other deviations from the norm.
